FOOD PANTRY

The Heritage Food Pantry is a ministry of Heritage Memorial Church and is located at the Dream Center
(412 Rose Ave.) at the corner of Rose Avenue and Pearl Street.

Office hours: Monday and Friday,
8:00 am to 11:30 am.
Phone Number: 740-636-1111

The pantry is open to clients for food pick-up on Mondays from 9:00 to 11:15 am.

To be a client you must be a resident of Fayette Country. Photo ID and proof of residence are required. The food pantry is open to clients that meet the MidOhio Food Bank income requirements. Please check the income requirement link below. Clients are served once a month.

Although our scheduled pantry distribution days are Mondays, there are a few holidays that we will distribute on Tuesdays. In the event that a holiday is on a Monday, please check with a pantry volunteer or call the pantry and listen to the voicemail.

Our Produce Day will start again on Tuesday, May 12th. Distribution hours are 9:00 to 11:15 am.

Due to the COVID 19 virus, the pantry is serving clients as a pull-in and pick-up pantry.

Cars are now directed to line up on Pearl Street (pantry side), then Peabody Street (facing Pearl Street), then Grace Street, ending in the Rose Avenue Community Center parking lot (Grace Street side of building).

Clients are to remain in their cars. We will serve only two families per vehicle. Trucks are an exception to this rule.

In the case that a client is unable to come due to illness, etc., a proxy form may be completed for their requested person to pick up their food. The client's photo ID and proof of residence are required at the time the form is submitted. The person picking up the food must also have their photo ID. Please see the Proxy link below.

Not only is the Heritage Food Pantry a ministry to feed those in need, but it is also a ministry to reach out to those that need our Lord and Savior. There are volunteers at the pantry that are eager to pray for those in need.
