The Dream Center, formerly Rose Avenue Community Center, is a campus of Heritage Church dedicated to meeting the basic needs of families, building community, supporting stability, and fostering transformation. As a non-profit outreach arm of Heritage, The Dream Center provides assistance with food, material needs, budgeting, and life skills training—offering a hand up to those seeking new opportunities. We also provide meeting space for several local non-profit agencies.
